Description

Kettlebell and yoga are the perfect combination for the ultimate workout. Kettlebells have multiple benefits including cardiorespiratory fitness and muscle strengthening. After 25 minutes of kettlebell, the class moves into 30 minutes of specific yoga poses to target specific muscle groups. A meditation practice will wrap up the class to blend everything together. Come for the entire class or just your favorite part. 

Please review the below regarding classes at the Statesville Recreation Center:

🔹 Group fitness classes are included in the Annual and Monthly memberships.

🔹Single class passes are $5 per class.

🔹Classes are subject to be cancelled or changed without prior notice.

🔹All classes will be held in the Group Fitness Studio unless otherwise denoted on the schedule.

🔹Please notify the instructor before class if you are new to the class or require modifications.
