I used to come here in the early 2000s during my high school and college years. This gym was under a different name at the time and loved the atmosphere. Seeing people around me lifting hard motivated me into reaching my fitness goals. Based on the current reviews, it seems like management is taking care of their members so that always good to hear. I live in the Raleigh area and I’ve been looking for an old gym and can’t find a single one. I’ll swing by your gym next time I’m in the area. Thanks for keeping this gym alive!
