Temporary Drive Closure at Statesville Soccer Complex for Drainage Repairs
The City of Statesville would like to inform the public of a temporary closure at the Statesville Park & Soccer Complex as crews complete important infrastructure repairs.
The drive located between Fields 2 and 3 at the complex will be closed daily until 5:00 PM from March 16 through March 20, 2026, to allow for the removal and replacement of damaged drainage headwalls.
During this time, vehicle access through this section of the complex will not be permitted.
The drive will reopen each day after work has been completed, allowing normal access to resume during evening hours.
These repairs are necessary to address damaged drainage structures and help improve the overall safety and infrastructure of the complex.
We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding as this work is completed and thank visitors for helping us maintain safe and well-functioning recreational facilities.
