Statesville Police Department Adminstrative Phone Lines Temporarily Down

All administrative phone lines and the City’s non-emergency line (704-878-3406) are currently not in service.

Important: 911 is fully operational and should be used for all emergencies.

City staff are aware of the issue and are working to restore service as quickly as possible. We will provide an update as soon as the administrative and non-emergency phone lines are back up and running.
