Community Fun Day with the Statesville Police Department Brings Smiles and Connection to Statesville

On Friday, August 1, 2025, the Statesville Police Department hosted a memorable Community Fun Day at the Boys & Girls Club of the Piedmont, and the event was a big success!

Held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the gathering brought together families, kids, and community partners for a few hours of fun, food, and fellowship. With free food, exciting games, and interactive activities for kids, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

More than just a day of fun, the event gave community members the chance to meet and talk with local law enforcement officers in a relaxed, friendly environment. Officers and staff were on hand to connect with attendees, answer questions, and share in the spirit of unity that makes Statesville strong.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the day meaningful. Events like these are a reminder of how powerful it can be when we come together to build trust, foster understanding, and create positive change.
