Search Warrant Leads to Arrest in Statesville Drug Investigation


STATESVILLE, NC – On Friday, August 22, 2025, the Statesville Police Department executed a search warrant at 1011 Wilmington Avenue. The warrant was the result of a nearly six-month-long drug investigation.

During the search, investigators located crack cocaine and MDMA that had been pressed into pills with unique identifiers.

As a result of the investigation, Kaseem Alie Miller, 48 of Statesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver (PWISD) Cocaine. He received a $40,000 secured bond from Magistrate Watkins. Additional charges related to the search warrant are expected.
