2026 Fill the Trailer Toy Drive

The Statesville Police Department invites you to join us for our annual Fill the Trailer Toy Drive, a community initiative dedicated to bringing holiday joy to children and families in need.

Each year, families in our community face financial hardships that can make it difficult to provide the extras that make the holiday season special for their children. With your support, we can help fill the trailer with gifts and make the holidays a little brighter for local families.

📍 Donation Drop-Off Location

Would you like to drop off your gifts for the Toy Drive? Donations will be accepted at the Statesville Police Department.

Statesville Police Department Headquarters (330 S. Tradd Street Statesville, NC 28677)

Donations will be accepted through December 12, 2026, in the designated drop-off area.

🛒 Toy Drive Dates & Locations

Join us as we kick off the 2026 Fill the Trailer Toy Drive at the Statesville Pumpkin Festival in Downtown Statesville!

Kickoff at Pumpkin Fest – Saturday, November 7, 2026

For your added convenience, SPD officers and staff will also be collecting donations at the Walmart Supercenter, 1116 Crossroads Drive, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the following Saturdays:

• November 14th
• November 21st
• November 28th
• December 5th
• December 12th

🎁 Donation Ideas

Every gift helps! Consider donating:

• Board games, puzzles, travel games, and books
• Sports items, including footballs, basketballs, and soccer balls
• Electronic handheld or portable games
• Manicure sets, hair and nail accessories, and fragrance sets
• Hat and glove sets and scarves
• Art and craft supply sets and educational toys
• Remote-controlled vehicles, toy cars, action figures, and dolls

🚫 Please Note: We cannot accept gift cards, monetary donations, clothing, stuffed animals, or food items.
