Notice of Public Hearing(s) to the general public and particularly the citizens of the City of Statesville:

The City Council of the City of Statesville will hold a conduct a public hearing(s) in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 227 S Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina, on October 5, 2026, at 6:00pm for the following purposes:

Beverly Heights & Western Heights Small Area Plan

Description: The Beverly Heights and Western Heights Small Area Plan provides a community-driven framework for future growth while preserving neighborhood character and natural resources. Guided by Safety, Sustainability, and Connection, the plan focuses on land use, transportation, pedestrian enhancements, parks, and neighborhood-scale development. The draft plan can be viewed within the Agenda on the City's website or printed upon request at City Hall during normal business hours.
