Public Review and Comment: System Development Fee (SDF) Analysis

Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 162A, Article 8, the City of Statesville has completed an analysis of its System Development Fees (SDFs). The analysis was completed on April 27, 2026, and made available for public review and comment on April 28, 2026.

A public hearing to consider adoption of the analysis will be held on June 15, 2026, as part of the FY 27 budget process. The updated System Development Fee schedule will be included in the FY 27 city budget.

Written comments should be directed to the Public Utilities Department and clearly marked as “System Development Fee Analysis Comments.”
